Delivery

Available delivery services, prices and estimates are shown during checkout before payment. Orders are dispatched to the address supplied in Stripe Checkout.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change an order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or dispatch.

Returns

If you need to return an unused item, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Items should be returned in their original condition. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Problems with an order

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, use the contact form with your order number and a photograph so we can put things right.
