HydroPotWorks uses the information you provide to process orders, deliver products, answer enquiries and—where you have actively subscribed—send product updates.

Payment and order data

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. HydroPotWorks receives the order, contact and delivery information needed to fulfil your purchase, but does not receive or store your full card details.

Emails

Resend may process your email address and order details to deliver order confirmations and messages. Marketing updates are sent only where consent has been provided, and every marketing message will include an unsubscribe option.

Hosting and analytics

Cloudflare hosts the website and may process technical request information for security, reliability and privacy-respecting traffic measurement.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Use the contact page to make a request.

Retention

Order records are retained as needed for fulfilment, accounting, tax and legal obligations. Enquiry and marketing data is retained only for as long as required for its purpose.
